Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

Memory4Me is a personal memory log run by AkiCreative. By using the service you agree to these terms. The short version: be a reasonable human, your data is yours, and we'll do our best to keep the service running.

Your account

Your content

The memories, photos, and notes you save are yours. We hold them so we can show them back to you and run AI parsing on the text you send. We don't sell, share, or train models on your content. See our Privacy Policy for the details.

Acceptable use

Billing

Memory4Me starts with a free trial: a fixed number of memories so you can decide if it's for you. Once you hit the trial cap, a membership is required to keep adding memories. Every entry runs through Google Gemini for AI parsing, which has a per-request cost, and the membership is what covers that.

Memberships are billed monthly through Stripe. Cancel any time from Settings › Billing; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Refunds are handled case by case. Email hello@memory4.me if something went wrong.

The service, as-is

Memory4Me is provided "as is." We try hard to keep it running and to keep your data safe (see the Privacy Policy for what that means in practice), but we don't guarantee uptime, and we're not liable for indirect damages from a service outage, a third-party provider failure, or data loss. Export your data from Settings → Profile → Your data whenever you want a local copy.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@memory4.me from the address on your account. We may close accounts that violate these terms, with notice when reasonable.

Changes

If we materially change these terms, we'll ask you to re-accept them the next time you sign in to the web app. Trivial wording fixes won't trigger that.
